Sous Chef

We are looking for a passionate Sous Chef to join our kitchen team within Doot Doot Doot. Set within a progressive, contemporary hotel, this role would suit someone with a genuine passion to create food that is delicious and exciting. You will be responsible for managing your own section and contributing to the smooth running of our kitchen whilst always observing best practice in food hygiene and health and safety procedures.

The Role

  • Have previous experience preferably within a hatted restaurant or 5-star hotel
  • Fully understand how the role contributes to the success of the restaurant
  • Maintain a good level of understanding of the restaurant and hospitality industry
  • Lead by example
  • Go above and beyond to create ongoing memorable and unique guest experiences
  • Build effective and constructive relationships
