We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our Doot Doot Doot fine dining kitchen team and bring this vision to life.

The Role
As Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in delivering unforgettable dining experiences. Your responsibilities include:

- Following and upholding standard recipes, processes, and procedures.

What You’ll Bring
We’re seeking someone who:
- Holds a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
- Has at least 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-quality restaurant environment.
- Possesses a true passion for the culinary arts and thrives in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, contributing to a supportive team culture.
- Is adaptable, highly organised, and committed to upholding the highest standards.
- Holds a valid driver’s license with access to a car.
- Has full working rights in Australia.
