Front Office Duty Manager

With luxury accommodation, award-winning restaurants, a working winery, a 30-metre infinity pool spilling over the vines, and curated art installations, Jackalope stands as a unique destination on the Peninsula.
We’re seeking a proactive and dynamic Duty Manager to join our Front Office team. This hands-on role requires you to be the primary point of contact for both guests and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and problem-solving. With no porters or concierge, you’ll be leading from the front, checking guests in and out, handling luggage, and quickly responding to guest needs.
Your ability to think on your feet, adapt to ever-changing situations, and be the go-to person for staff and guests alike will be crucial to your success. This is more than a desk job; you’ll be managing guest expectations, resolving challenges, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations during your shift.
